He is naturally less than popular, but has made a friend for life in Mel...erm..Chaos. The two of them plot ways of using Chaos's magic and Lok'Tar's strength in an effort to gain power.
    While Chaos revels in small-scale evil acts, Lok'Tar places his full trust in him, seeing most of Chaos's plans as all parts in a game.
